The sustainability criteria is a framework designed for student sports clubs to follow in order to become more sustainable. There are examples broken down in to various categories to ensure that at least some are relevant to all clubs. Examples/criteria provided are in bronze, silver and gold tiers – clubs will be able to submit evidence of a criteria they have worked on which will be judged by the Sustainability in Sport working group, who will decide what tier the club will be awarded. Clubs will be added to a leaderboard which will be updated monthly. Clubs with the highest number of gold tier criterias will be shortlisted for the UEA Sport sustainability sports award.
