Norfolk Coaching Conference

In partnership, Norwich School, University of East Anglia and Grey Matters are delighted to release bookings for the 2nd edition of the Norfolk Sport Coaching Conference taking place on Saturday 27th April 09:15-16:00 at the UEA Sportspark. Grey Matters research, coach and even still ‘do’ performance in a variety of domains, giving them unique skills and adaptable expertise to help YOU overcome your coaching challenges. The conference will bring together professional and volunteer coaches from clubs, education and sporting institutions.  Building on last year's theme of the 'psychological characteristics developing excellence', this year’s conference will address the cognitive tools to enhance performance:  judgement, decision-making and shared mental models to predictive processing and active interference. High performance sport coaching goes beyond just coaching styles - this conference will enhance your understanding of the boarder coaching environment, refine your expertise and develop the psychological skills your athletes need.
