Taekwondo at UEA

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean form of martial art focusing on competitive sport, fitness, discipline and self-defence. Our club encourages all aspects in a friendly environment. All skill levels are welcome. Beginners are encouraged to discover the martial art and its applicable self-defence, which are taught by a variety of local black belts with decades of experience between them. The club holds two to three gradings a year, where students can attempt to advance through the belt levels. In addition to the traditional Taekwondo training sessions, the club also runs self-defence and environmental sessions throughout the semester, supervised by our fully qualified instructors.
