There will be plenty of opportunities to volunteer with us in the 2024-25 academic year, including events during Welcome Week. We will have more informaton about this closer to the time. In the meantime please email us at studentsport@uea.ac.uk
Swim Bike Run Local
Swim Bike Run events will be held once a month at the sportspark. UEA sport are looking for highly motivated volunteers to help run the events!
Volunteer roles include:
- Registering participants
- Stewarding
- Pool side assistance (swimming experience required)
- Track side assistance
Volunteers will be provided with a t-shirt which they may keep after helping at 2 events.

Active Campus Ambassadors
uea+sport seeks to employ highly motivated Active Campus Ambassadors to drive participation opportunities for students to engage in low level physical activity initiatives at the University of East Anglia, in order to improve student wellbeing. The Active Campus programme attracts a wide and diverse range of students to participate in physical activity, thus improving their physical and mental wellbeing.
