The rewards will be reset either weekly or fortnightly, so you have more chances to enter even if you don’t win in that week. See below for more details about how you are in with a chance to win one of the fab prizes including, headphones, an Apple watch or even a bike.

1)      You have to be on and connected to UEA+MOVES to be in with a chance of winning. If you have not yet download and registered on the UEA+MOVES app follow the instructions on our website here

2)      Once you are on the app head over to the **Explore**  tab (second icon on the bottom of the screen)

3)      Click the **Groups Tab** 1st left at the top of the page

4)      Under the **Groups Tab** you will find a number of different groups you can join – from here select to join one of the prize-draw groups, of which there are 3 – £50, £250, £500.

a.       You can join more than one group

5)      For the £50 and £250 groups there will be a step challenge starting at the beginning of each week that you have to complete to be entered into a prized draw to win the listed prize

6)      For the £500 group there will be a step challenge, but this will last for two weeks

7)      Click on the group of your choice and then click challenges. This will bring up the challenge that is live. Click on that challenge and then click join. You are now enrolled on that challenge. If it won’t let you join it is because the change is not live or you already taking part in another challenge of the same activity (i.e. a step challenge).

8)      Please be aware that although you can join more than one group you will only be able to complete one of the step challenges at a time. You cannot start a different step challenge unless you complete or leave the first one you joined.

9)      Everyone that completes the challenge in each group will be entered into a prize-draw to win that group’s listed reward.

10)   Once the draw has been completed winners will be notified how to claim their reward.

11)   The first challenges will open on Monday 1st February 2021.

12)   There will be a new £50 and £250 challenge each week and a new £500 prize every fortnight up until at least the 1st March.
