To liaise between uea+sport and your own hall of residence to help organise and deliver the Battle of the Halls programme, our inter residential based competition.

What is a Halls Activator's role?

To attend every Battle of the Halls event, unless prior arrangements are made with the uea+sport department.
To assist with The Battle of the Halls programme and other events organised by uea+sport, this may include helping run pop-up sporting activities for your Halls.
To help assist promote and run our ‘Sporting Equipment Hubs’.
To promote all of the Battle of the Halls events to our residential halls team, to recruit members to participate.
To act as a role model. Any misconduct or poor behaviour issues may result in the above position being withdrawn.
To act in the spirit of fair and sporting competition.
