Swim in the world class sports park pool from 2:00pm
Monday Miles our longer run of the week which leaves at 6:30pm from campus! Explore the local running routes with our experienced running captains, have a good chinwag and get some miles in at the same time!
Morning circuits session to get you out of bed and ready for the day at 7:00am in the Dance Studio at the Sportspark with our qualified coach Tom Levy. Circuits is everyone’s favourite session where you can get fit and get a good dose of laughter at the same time!
2:00pm Come along to the Sports Park Track for some higher intensity interval training sessions and hear handy tips from our running captains with technique feedback from our triathlon coach.
In the evening battle your lactate threshold at Turbos (that’s a stationary cycle trainer). These sessions always accompany a playlist to rival the LCR A List DJ and get you pumped to spin. Choose from two, one-hour sessions from 7:00pm or 8:00pm.
It’s time for more circuits with our infinitely knowledgeable, fun and enthusiastic captains Lucas and Henryk 6:00pm at the Congregation Hall.
Swim again at 2:00pm. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never swam before, we get technichal feedback from our head coach, triathlon is the place to improve!
We run a second turbos session on Fridays in the spin room at UEA Sportspark! This time, in the morning to get your blood pumping and mind ready for the day, 7:00am or 8:00am. In the summertime, our cycling captains Chloe and Fufu might lead an evening sunset ride instead.
Saturday mornings are for Parkrun at Eaton Park or Colney Lane at 9:00am. Running 5km against your own time is the best way to start the weekend. Often followed by a well-deserved Triathlon Parkrun breakfast social! Register here: http://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/
Sunday Bike Ride which leaves the Sportspark at 9:00am. Our cycling captains Chloe and Fufu will lead rides out through the beautiful Norfolk Lanes, epic café rides to the Norfolk coast or to whiz round the famous Lotus Loop!

BUCS Sprint Triathlon 2018- A beautiful sunny day in the picturesque Cotswolds. 20 athletes competed and every single one got a new course personal best.
Epic Norfolk Coastal ride to Wells-Next-The-Sea. Cycling with friends through beautiful flat countryside, enjoying a sea view and well earned café stop. And it wouldn’t be an epic ride without a few punctures but luckily our trusty cycle captains have all the tools to keep us on the road.
