Strength and conditioning training
- Open to all abilities
- Consists of HIIT, cardio, yoga – targeted exercises to improve surf
- Every Tuesday 6-7pm in the congregation hall 01.07
Swim training
- Open to mixed abilities – but must be able to swim
- Every other Friday from 30/09 (for semester 1).
- 2 sessions
- 7:30-8:20
- 8:30-9:20
- Sportspark entrance/deep lane 4
Beginner lessons at Cromer – planning to conduct one or two more lessons this month or next semester – Saturday/Sunday

Recent History
- We attended our first trip to Newquay for BUCS and will soon be going to Wales. The trips consist of 3 days of surf & socialising
- Had our first set of beginner surf lessons at Cromer
- A range of socials including: sports night, halloween movie night, bar social, quiz night with skate & roller skate, cromer beach days
