Key Information Here at UEA Golf we welcome players of all abilities and backgrounds, wether you’re just starting or a scratch golfer there is a place for you. We host social rounds weekly at Bawburgh golf course, whilst also competing competitively through BUCS and league cups. On Monday nights we head to the driving range for general practice. Memberships come in 2 forms, our 18-hole membership gives you unlimited access to golf for a year, as well as a range membership to Norwich family golf course. Optionally we have a range membership on its own for Norwich family golf club as well. We hope to see as many new faces join our wonderful club as possible!

Training Times & Venues

  • Open to all members, the club meets every Monday night outside congregation hall at 6:30pm for a driving range session held at Norwich Family Golf Centre driving range http://www.bawburgh.com/family-golf-centre/ (approx. 20min drive), where members of all abilities can practice both their long game under floodlit bays or their short game on the putting/chipping green.*Clubs can also be shared for range sessions once sanitized
  • Social rounds at Bawburgh golf course will also be regularly played throughout the week/weekend and this is open to all 18 hole members (standard of golf must be approved by a club pro at Bawburgh first for beginners). We will also be looking into group lessons for any student wishing to take up golf more seriously using the PGA qualified professions at Bawburgh (depending on interest), and this can be extended to all players dependant on demand.

Recent History

After playing at Eaton golf club, the club recently moved to Bawburgh, a club hosting amazing facilities as well as 18 holes which appeal to any type of golfer.

Currently competing in the second tier of BUCS our team hopes to finish as high as possible in the league table, possibly securing promotion to the first league.

Recent years at our club boast our most successful yet seeing membership numbers higher than ever before, and we hope to continue this in the future
