Key Information UEA Club Cricket is club open to everyone of all abilities and genders. We compete in both the outdoor and indoor BUCS competitions and currently have two men’s sides and a women’s side. We also organise friendlies against local sides in the summer to give everyone opportunity to play cricket for UEA.

Training Times & Venues

Winter Times (All sessions take place in Sports Hall 1, Sportspark):

  • Tuesday 7:00-8:45 (Invite Only)
  • Thursday 15:40-17:00
  • Sunday 19:00-20:20 (Women Only)
  • Sunday 20:20-22:00

 

Summer Times (All sessions take place at Colney Lane):

  • Monday 17:00-19:00
  • Thursday 17:00-19:00

Recent History

The 1st team finished 2nd in the outdoor league last season, winning 4 and losing 1 which meant they narrowly missed out on promotion despite strong performances throughout the season. The 2nd team finished 3rd in their outdoor league winning 1 and losing 2. The 2s recorded a famous win against Nottingham Trent last season recording the teams first win since before the pandemic with a team containing players who had never played a cricket match before!
