As an Active Campus Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in making events like the Santa Run unforgettable—whether it’s decorating, managing check-ins, or distributing goodies.

In 2023-24, we supported events like the Sports Fair, Roller Disco, This Girl Can, UV Zumba, Santa Run, Derby Day, and more. Plenty of volunteering opportunities await in 2024-25. Stay tuned for updates or email us at studentsport@uea.ac.uk for more info!

Start the Day: Arrive at the venue and help decorate, set up equipment, or prepare materials for participants.
Welcome Participants: Check students in, hand out Santa suits or other event items, and answer questions as needed.
Lead the Action: Cheer participants on during the event, assist with any logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Wrap Up the Fun: Help clean up the venue, collect feedback, and celebrate a successful event with your team.
